About me
Hello, I’m Seka — counsellor, creative, and founder of Calm Lotus Counselling. I combine gentle, trauma-informed psychotherapy with creative approaches to help you reconnect with your inner strength.
People come to me when they’re feeling anxious, stuck, or rebuilding after life’s challenges — addiction recovery, relationship changes, or workplace stress. My role is to hold space, offer tools, and walk alongside you as you grow your resilience.
